From the Main Bar to the Lounge or Blue Room, the drinks are cold and the service is second to none. We pride ourselves on featuring local regional brews including Beer from The Dalgety Brewing Co; North of Eden Gin and for the colder weather, Schnapps from the Wild Brumby Distillery at Crackenback.
